I think going to Thomas road was a good choice.  There
was a lot of mingling of the groups that went up
Ringwood.  It was nice to have rabbits to catch up
Ringwood and along Midline, but this didn't work well
for consistant pacelining.  Groups merged and emerged
and I found it difficult to keep a good paceline
going.  I also found it difficult to work with a mixed
group when some are chomping at the bit.  Eventually,
I found myself in a group of 4 doing a very nice
paceline up Ellis Hollow Creek.  Two were new Cornell
Kids who were fast, but needed practice.  I wonder if
we could organize groups based on speed and send
faster groups out first. On the other hand, I had a
great ride and there was a nice sprint finish on Ellis
Hollow Creek.  Wayne
