Sara,
I rode the course this morning from my house in Cortland. The Parker St. climb looks in the same condition that I remember it. The problem sector is Babcock Hallow, The Wall, and subsequent downhill. The right side of the road is pretty chewed up, and there are some formidable longitudnal cracks near the center. I don't know how much warning paint is normally used, but I would say we may use a little more this year. 392 is smooth, with a few tar lines in it, nothing fret over.
