If you're talking about Beech's near Alpine Junction, I can say that  
a crew of us were treated very nicely there, cycling clothes and  
all.  Unfortunately, I think it has finally run its course and closed  
down permanently.

One place we've stopped at frequently with good results is the Banana  
Curve diner on "banana curve" in Sayre, PA.  A trick to find it, but  
Sayre isn't so big you can't muddle your way to it.

There's a string of diners in Watkins Glen, on Franklin Street,  
serving the race crowd in summer and the trout fishing crowd in  
spring.  They, too, have shown no aversion to the lycra crowd.
