Yes, there is an award for this behavior.
It is typically white, and requires assistance to be worn, so that the ties
are properly secured and one can not harm themselves or others.

I was driving from Ithaca to Spencer via 96B and Crumtown road sometime
between 12 and 1 on the day of the alleged behavior.  I did not see the
alleged perpetrators, and barely was able to see the roadway or other
vehicles due to the blinding, lateral snow.  I am at a loss to understand
how two grown men on bikes could fail to notice these adverse conditions.

My hat is (blown ) off to you guys!
