FLCC> Swandrome report

	There is complete snow-cover on the trails at the Swandrome, though the 
ground remains unfrozen below. Walking, skiing, or driving over it brings 
the water to the surface, so there will still be another day or two before 
the trails can be groomed. With a little luck and some more snow flurries 
to add to the 3-4" already on the ground, we should be skating on the 
trails by the weekend.
