Later tonight I'll post a complete trip report to make up for this message - 'cause I really did have a lovely ride today but for one minor and one major annoyance.  The major annoyance being that I was struck from behind while cycling today.  I'm not sure I should say more and that is part of seeking the legal advice!  I'll be happy to share all once, um, yeah.  Once someone with more world experience than myself says it's OK.

But the one big question that I open up for discussion is this...  "Do you want the guy arrested or not?"  Of course, since I haven't related the incident, it's a little difficult to say, isn't it?  But it is a good thing to think about because the officer responding to the scene will ask you this.  _I_ can't answer serious questions like that on the spot and I'm generally a nice guy so I said, "No."  I'm perfectly willing to accept that this wasn't the best answer.  Thoughts?
