It's that time of year again. The Cayuga Lake Triathlon is hosting the 
Sprint National Championship Sunday August 3rd and we're always in need 
of some hardy adventurous souls to volunteer!

In years past we've been privileged to receive help from many a heavy 
hitter from the FLCC, and hope to continue the tradition! So..., if you
