I was planning to take a half-day off work and ride the TT as
part of a longer afternoon ride to get some miles in my legs.  
So I will be there, but not at the usual time.  Probably like 1:30 PM.
Then go for a ride around 2:30 PM.

If anyone is interested in joining me, let me know and we
can try to coordinate.
