FLCC> "Ithaca is at the top of a list of Greenest Commuters"

I have some trouble attaching much import to this when I'm working my
way through traffic on Meadow or Fulton on a typical afternoon (in my
car, of course, adding my bit to the problem, on one of my commutes
from Elmira, maybe for a bike ride). When did they take the survey
that led to the percentage commuters walking or biking? Mid
semester, when you can count students making their way from dorm room
to classroom as commuters?
