Yes, there is.  
Long answer:

1.  Order rycals from Fischer Scientific.
2.  Time the cookies going up Bostwick.
3.  Spike each of the cookies water bottles with the
rycals.
4.  Time them again up Bostwick.
5.  Report any side effects
6.  If it works, don't tell the UCI

Short answer:
If you understand the physiology of muscle fatigue you
won't get as tired.
