For those who will be around this weekend, we will be offering the third
seminar of the Spring Cycling Series. This week we will be talking about
training with background in physiology, nutrition, and both a macro and
micro view of the effects of exercise and training. Although hard-ass
racers will probably have the most intense interest in this stuff, it will
be useful for anyone who has a goal of improving their fitness and ability
to ride farther, easier. The presentation will be a panel discussion
featuring Trevor Conner (pro bike racer and coach at the Canadian Olympic
training facility), Brain Lee (a physical therapist), Mark Rishniw
(Cardiologist), and myself (just some old guy with a lot of
experience...) I find this topic very interesting and useful and I'm very
excited to have Trevor visiting to share tales of the Pro life and follow
the topics of interest that are raised by our seminar attendees.

So don't miss this one ! Sunday morning March 16 10:00AM at the
Chemical Engineering Lounge, room 128 Olin Hall Chemical Engineering on the
Cornell campus.
