FLCC> Cayuga Lake Triathlon

Want a FREE entry into this year's Cayuga Lake Triathlon (Sprint 
distance)?  ITC have allotted 1 free entry for an FLCC member.  But 
before you start doing your own Donkey imitation ("pick me, pick 
me"), there's a catch.  In order to qualify, you need to volunteer to 
help at the 2 FLCC events - Hollenbecks, in early May, and Empire 
State Senior Games in early June.  Do that and you're in the 
running.  It's worth about $50 and it's the national short-course 
championships event this year (extra bonus).
