FLCC, CYCC, and now BPAC, Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory
Council.<http://www.cityofithaca.org/index.asp?Type=B_BASIC&SEC=%7B2EAD3CB7-DA0C-4D24-831A-8894D49863B5%7D&DE=%7BEAB5A8C6-CB29-4150-ABC6-CF7CC21ABB3E%7D>
Is this organization still active? There is also Wiki called the BPAC
Documentation project<http://bpac.rockwren.us/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page>which
contains a list of patterns for bike friendly cities?

I live on East Hill and now commute to Ithaca College. It is an adventure and
not particularly safe.

   - OK, I can't do anything about the hills and the traffic.
   - The potholes are horrendous on Hudson St and Giles, especially when
   going downhill.
   - The foot bridge by Columbia has large craters and no ramps.
   - Once I get to IC, there are few bike racks and the speed bumps don't
have any flat spots on the edge for cyclists.

Marilyn

P.S. I'll try to come to a meeting at 5, but it isn't a great time.
