FLCC> helmets required for Bike to Work Day rides?

Hi all,

I just got an email from a reporter at the Ithaca Journal about Bike to
Work Day. One of his questions was whether participants are required to
wear helmets. I don't see anything about this on the web page. Do we have
a rule about helmets? Might be a good idea make one and put it on the
website and fliers.
