I know I added somewhere that bikers should wear
helmets always and follow the rules of the road.  I
wrote this in my interview.  But I may have over
stressed the point that bikers must always wear
helmets.  I don't think it's a law for adults.  As for
the Bike to Work Day ride, there isn't some over
seeing body that's going to remove anybody from the
road, so all we can say is, "You should wear a helmet
and be safe".
