FLCC> helmets required for Bike to Work Day rides?

I'm only an interloper here.  However, as one who exists only because my 
bike helmet saved my life - I will not ride with anyone or in any group 
with an individual who is helmetless!  Sorry - I try to be tolerant of many 
viewpoints and ways of life - - but this ain't one of them!
