OK, I know this is off topic... but I'm a cyclist and need a little help.  Does any of you know of any parent groups around the Ithaca area for parents of kids with disabilities?  I'm particularly interested in Down Syndrome or Asperger's Syndrome groups, but any parent groups involved with special education issues would be helpful.  (Or individual parents, even if not connected with a group, if they're willing to talk with me).  This all hits home for my own family, rather than being about cycling.  

Any help appreciated.  I guess it'd be best to respond directly to my email rather than via the list, just to keep the non-bicycling-related message traffic down.  I wouldn't post here, (and I apologize to any of you who may take offense to my use of the cycling list for this), it's just that more traditional searches aren't turning up results yet.  I live around Binghamton and need to make contact with groups like this around Ithaca if there are any.  (Or with individual parents).  Feel free to forward my email to any friends/colleagues who you think might know of such.  Thanks in advance...
