FLCC> Corning Circuit Race - Final Update

Hello Everyone!

Just wanted to give you a final update on the Corning Circuit Race. We
have extended pre-registration until tomorrow at noon to give everyone
until the last possible minute to get in on the race. Weather looks
like it is going to cooperate and give use great conditions for racing
this year (check weather.com zip code 14870)! Only one snag has arisen,
and that is with our Cat 1-2-3 field, which didn't materialize due to
lack of interest. We have canceled that field this year, and hope to
try again to generate some more interest next year. Lastly, an official
race participant guide has been posted onto our BikeReg site for
download as of yesterday.

I did a final roll over the course with my bike today and it is in
absolutely pristine condition after we were able to arrange a street
sweeper cleanup today. The course is on quite possibly the nicest roads
I have ever ridden a bike race on and the course is completely closed
for the race. Please do any final promotion to your race groups that
you can, especially to women racers who we really want to get
registered. Day of registration is still going to be available for an
additional $5. Thanks for all of your help in making our developing
race so successful!!
