Race day has been set for the unofficial Canandaigua Triathlon.? The day will be Saturday, August 23rd at 9:30am.? Start time can get pushed back?if needed.? There will?be an after race BBQ on the water and more swimming is encouraged, so don't waste yourself on the race :)? If you plan on staying for the BBQ please bring somthing to share (I'll try and coordinate this as we get a bit closer).? People are also welcome to spend the night Saturday.? The house is on the rustic side.???While we have a full kitchen and running water and electricity there is one bathroom and no shower.??We do have a very large bath 10 feet off the front porch though.??There are many beds and soft places to sleep, but please bring sleeping bags, just in case.? 



?


The course will entail an open water swim in the lovely Canandaigua lake, a rolling bike ride (no aid stations, carry your own supplies), and a mostly flat out and back run on the road.? Refreshments will be available at T2?and possibly the run turnaround depending on volunteers.



There will be a sprint and longer option.

Sprint=? S-800 yds? B-15?miles? ?R- 3 miles


Long=?? S-1600 yds?? B- 22 miles?? R- 5 miles
